How the inspection works

Walk around the car and describe the damage
Say what you see: “Front left door, scratched, repaint.” DC Expert AI listens, follows the camera view and creates the damage entry. Tap the screen to attach a full-resolution photo to it.

Review rather than retype
After the inspection, the case is ready to review. Damage entries list the affected component and extent of damage. Photos and vehicle details are in place. Open points are flagged. You correct anything that needs changing.

Send the case to your reporting software
One click sends the case to autoiXpert. Prepare the repair estimate there as usual. Nothing needs entering twice.
AI takes the notes. You decide what goes in the report.

Does it replace the assessor?
No. The inspection, assessment and repair estimate remain your responsibility. DC Expert AI handles the recording and typing up.
What if there is no signal at the car?
Photos and recordings are saved on the device and uploaded when the connection returns. Nothing is lost.
What happens to audio and images?
Processing takes place in the EU. You choose whether recordings are kept and for how long. By default, they are not stored.
Which software does it work with?
autoiXpert at launch. We connect other software on request. An open API is available for your own systems.
