Database, file storage and application run in data centres in the European Union.
AI in the EU region
Live guidance and analysis run on Google Vertex AI in the EU region. Live camera frames are processed transiently and not stored; data is not used for training.
Encryption
All connections use TLS, stored data is encrypted at rest. Keys to external systems are stored encrypted.
Photos and blurring
Original photos never leave the platform. Exports only contain copies with blurred faces and plates.
Retention
Optional raw recordings are off by default and are deleted automatically after the period set by the office.
Access and audit
Each office sees only its own data. Changes and support access are logged completely.
